Terms and Conditions – One-to-One Tutoring Classes
Welcome to 360 Tutoring. By enrolling in our One-to-One Tutoring Classes, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Enrollment & Registration
Students must complete the registration form with accurate personal and contact details.
Enrollment is confirmed only after payment is successfully processed.
2. Class Scheduling
Sessions are scheduled based on mutual availability between the student and tutor.
Students must book their sessions at least 24 hours in advance.
3. Attendance & Cancellations
Students are expected to attend sessions on time.
Any cancellation or rescheduling must be requested at least 12 hours before the session.
Failure to attend without notice will be marked as a completed session and no refund will be issued.
4. Fees & Payments
The fee for One-to-One Classes is $15 per hour unless otherwise stated.
Payments must be made in advance through the approved payment methods listed on our website.
All fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the class is cancelled by 360 Tutoring.
5. Tutor Responsibilities
Tutors will provide professional, high-quality instruction tailored to the student’s learning needs.
Tutors are not responsible for guaranteeing specific grades, exam results, or outcomes.
6. Student Responsibilities
Students must ensure they have a stable internet connection and the required study materials.
Disruptive or inappropriate behavior during sessions will not be tolerated and may result in termination of services without refund.
7. Intellectual Property
All study materials, notes, and resources provided by 360 Tutoring remain the property of the company.
Students may not reproduce, share, or sell these materials without prior written permission.
8. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding personal information and class content.
9. Limitation of Liability
360 Tutoring will not be held responsible for technical issues, internet failures, or circumstances beyond our control.
Our services are provided “as is” without any guarantees or warranties.
10. Changes to Terms
360 Tutoring reserves the right to update or change these terms at any time. Students will be notified of significant changes via email or website updates.
